The role involves administratively leading clinical, teaching, and learner aspects of the Orthopaedic Division, supporting clinicians, and managing various operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Administratively lead the clinical, teaching, and learner aspects of an Orthopaedic Division which includes but is not limited to:
Weekly coverage schedules
Monthly call scheduling
Part-time employee management
Calendar management for division’s clinicians
Partner with Medical Education and Research for division’s learner and research needs
Data reporting for division
Act as a liaison for the division’s clinicians
Assist in maintaining and tracking clinicians’ credentialing/licensing, CV’s, board certifications, continuing medical education units, etc
Aid in clinic as necessary, by completing orders and booking surgeries
Qualification
Required
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
