Social Media Videographer

Arvest Bank is seeking a Social Media Videographer who will create and produce short-form videos for their social media and online channels. The role involves developing creative video storytelling to support marketing campaigns and engaging audiences to influence public perception.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm with internal stakeholders to pitch creative and engaging video concepts that align with the brand's overall social media strategy and marketing goals
Assist with the development of scripts, storyboards, and content calendars to manage production schedules
Direct and guide on-camera talent to ensure performance delivery aligns with creative vision
Create and edit engaging videos for social media and digital ads
Establish video best practices for social media channels and stay informed of video trends that can be leveraged for timely and relevant content
Collaborate with Marketing Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activities

Required

5 years of experience producing and editing video content for a corporate brand or agency, as well as social channel-specific knowledge. Ability to provide an online link to portfolio
3 years of exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills experience
Proven ability to prioritize and oversee the implementation of multiple project requests
Experience building audiences either online or offline
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalency work and/or military experience
Must be able to arrive at work on time, maintain regular work attendance, be physically present at the assigned work location, and occasionally work overtime or outside of normal business hours
Must be able to operate standard office equipment and use office applications for communication, information and document transmission, and content, document, and report creation
This job typically requires an individual to be able to see (including color vision and the ability to focus clearly on near and far objects), hear, and talk, and may occasionally require the individual to walk or otherwise physically move within company premises, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for objects
The essential duties of this job occasionally require the associate to lift and/or move up to 51 pounds
Must be able to operate a passenger vehicle and possess a current, valid driver's license
Ability to travel overnight, unaccompanied, within the United States via automobile and air is required, no less than 25% of the time

Preferred

Preferred experience in search engine optimization
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
