Commercial Lines Account Executive

Responsibilities

Provides client support with all levels of decision-makers and day-to-day representatives
Follows up with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues or concerns
Collect all documentation needed for quoting and binding an asset
Prepares client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations
Introduces new products and ensures proper resources availability within the organization for the client
Cross-sell additional coverages when beneficial
Present assets to several markets, comparing quotes to then present the best options to our clients
Responsible for putting all documentation together and sending the bind order to underwriting
Follows up to ensure the policy has been bound and no further action is needed
Responsible for renewals and taking renewals out to market
Attends trainings, courses, meetings, etc. to maintain updated skills
Collaborate and partner with Producers, Account Managers and CSRs to provide best possible service to client

Qualification

Required

At least 5+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in an insurance Account Management or Executive role in required lines
Excellent oral and written English communications skills
Superior customer service and problem solving skills
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB's facility(s) and ability to travel on business when required
High School diploma or equivalent
Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states
Current with all necessary CE credits in required lines and states

Preferred

Brokerage experience
AA and/or college degree
Advanced professional designation highly desirable (e.g. AAI, ARM, CIC)
