Responsibilities
Co-create with Rheumatology counterparts, as well as IBT partners, business leaders and internal cross functional partners to build, manage and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients’, market and financial results
Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process
Demonstrates and utilizes holistic understanding of financial planning
Manage and develop team of marketing managers
Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results
Grow brand/product penetration, share and awareness
Direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives and tasks
Agency relations and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, HCP marketing experience required, Immunology leadership preferred
Excellent communication skills with proven past experiences in writing Strategic documents
Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and by influencing others
Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in marketing skills
Preferred
MBA preferred
Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred
Foundational understanding of US Market Access helpful
