Required

Proof of Associate Teacher Permit (ATP) from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
Completion of 6 ECE units
Previous experience working with school-age children ages 5-12
Completed application listing experience, education, and/or training that is relevant to this position
OFFICIAL transcripts demonstrating the completion of (2) two years of college (48 semester/60 quarter units)
Transcripts must prove completion of 12 units ECE/Child Development courses including core courses
Proof of completion of at least 50 days' experience in an instructional capacity in a childcare and development program, working at least 3 hours per day within the last 2 years

Preferred

Higher education that includes completion of college units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) desirable
