Maintain documentation in JIRA or Confluence
Qualification
Required
1- 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile
Understanding of healthcare processes (claims, EHR, providers)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
