Fixed Asset Disposal Specialist
Oklahoma State University is seeking a Fixed Asset Disposal Specialist to provide professional and technical expertise in support of enterprise technology services. This role involves processing fixed asset disposal requests and performing specialized operational, technical, or analytical tasks within the assigned domain.

Providing professional and technical expertise to support enterprise technology services
Ensuring alignment with OSU/A&M System goals, compliance requirements, and departmental priorities
Performing specialized operational, technical, or analytical tasks within the assigned domain
Processing fixed asset disposal requests for EIT and supported departments as part of our endpoint management service
Qualification
Required
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Four years of related experience; OR
High School/GED plus two years post-secondary education and two years related experience
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Two or more years of OSU surplus processing experience
Experience with OSU systems or other institutional knowledge
Experience with incident management systems and technical support environments
Professional technical certifications (A+, ITIL, HDI, or others approved by management)
Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS operating systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High degree of critical thinking and customer service attitude
Ability to work well under stressful conditions
