Onsite Community Association General Manager
Access Management is seeking an experienced On-Site General Manager to oversee daily operations of a large, amenity-rich HOA community in Fort Myers. The role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional operational, financial, and people-management skills to ensure a high-quality resident experience while maintaining efficient facilities.

Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site operations of the HOA community, including amenities, staff, vendors, and facilities
Manage food & beverage and restaurant-style operations within the community (clubhouse, dining venues, events, etc.)
Lead, hire, train, and supervise department managers and staff
Develop and manage operating budgets; control costs and monitor financial performance
Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents, policies, and local/state regulations
Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and management partners
Oversee service standards, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution
Coordinate capital projects, maintenance programs, and vendor contracts
Prepare reports and present updates to the Board of Directors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, restaurant, resort, or large-scale community operations
Experience managing large teams and complex operations
Financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L responsibility
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site and flexible hours as needed
Preferred
Strong background in food & beverage operations
HOA, COA, or community association management experience is a plus
Florida CAM license preferred or willingness to obtain
