Weekend Customer Service Assistant
PureStar is a growing company seeking passionate team members to join their expanding 'Ohana. The Weekend Customer Service Assistant will support daily operations, ensure exceptional service to customers, and assist in coordinating between departments.

Responsibilities
Assist Customer Service Managers with daily operational tasks
Provide support to the Front Office team as needed
Coordinate and communicate customer requests, deliveries, and issue resolution
Assist the Production Team with customer-related needs
Perform general front-office duties and maintain accurate customer communications
Facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow between departments
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Flexible and available to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
