Responsibilities

Understanding our firm’s mission and values as well as product offerings in the U.S. retail qualified plan market
Working closely with internal and external wholesalers to develop processes that will help support the team effectively
Managing and synthesizing large amounts of information effectively and creatively while having an in-depth understanding of the various sources and the relationships between the data sets
Leading, scoping, structuring and conducting analyses to generate insights that support business decision-making
Utilizing data and advanced analytics to identify business trends, predict potential outcomes and prescribe recommended course of action to impact outcome
Assisting business users with analyzing and interpreting their business data to inform strategy
Generating and delivering strategic insights and recommendations (e.g. impact analysis), leveraging data visualization
Communicating measurement strategy and results to key stakeholders to drive decision-making
Opportunity to develop sales skills by making prospecting calls to our clients to provide new leads for the sales team
Conducting competitive analysis for the team to generate data for our clients to use to monitor and adjust investments

Required

Bachelor's degree preferably in business, finance, economics, math, marketing, or liberal arts or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of relevant experience
Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations and real-time decisions
Strong quantitative skills; knowledge of and experience applying statistical programming and statistical methods to measure and attribute contribution of activities to business outcomes
Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products
Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with the confidence to thoughtfully assert his/her ideas with a broad audience
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused with a high degree of professionalism, motivation and initiative

Opportunity to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses
