Responsibilities

Direct all facets of utility operations; generation, transmission, distribution, planning, regulatory compliance, and customer service
Ensure the utility meets the current demands and is prepared for future challenges such as renewable integration, grid modernization, and resilience
Provide executive leadership and vision for the electric utility’s long-term strategy and day-to-day operations
Ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and cost-effective operations
Lead infrastructure investments, capital planning, and modernization projects
Develop and manage the annual operating and capital budgets

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Minimum five (5) years recent experience in managing electric utility operations
