Responsibilities
Perform matrix feasibility testing using industry-leading tools like Petrifilm® Plates, Soleris® Rapid Microbiology testing system, and Reveal® 3-D Allergen Kits
Develop and deliver customer-facing reports, protocols, and documentation for testing projects
Investigate and resolve performance cases, troubleshooting issues with Neogen kits such as Molecular Detection System (MDS) Kits and Veratox® ELISA kits
Lead or assist in internal training sessions to build team expertise on Neogen technologies
Present study findings and technical insights to customers, both virtually and on-site
Support studies and participate in alpha/beta evaluations for new products
Maintain compliance with ISO standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (required)
3–5 years of experience in food safety, microbiology, or chemistry (required)
Strong understanding of laboratory protocols and ISO compliance
Hands-on experience in microbiology and/or chemistry
Knowledge of food safety and quality systems
Strong skills in technical report writing and documentation
Ability to deliver customer presentations with clarity and confidence
Creative problem-solving mindset to tackle complex technical challenges
Preferred
Experience with Neogen products such as: Petrifilm® Plates & Plate Reader Advanced
Soleris® Automated Testing System
Clean Trace® Hygiene Monitoring Tools
Molecular Detection System (MDS)
Reveal® 3-D and Veratox® ELISA kits
