Responsibilities
Guide the complete lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects, from planning to delivery
Develop and maintain project tracking tools and templates, ensuring efficient dissemination of updates
Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues or risks
Serve as a liaison among various departments, city agencies, and vendors
Facilitate training sessions and create necessary training materials
Provide on-site support and ensure effective project oversight
Assist with policy guidance and strategy development to enhance service delivery
Review and approve invoices, offering budgetary recommendations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program or project management, especially in Oracle implementations
Strong ability to work independently and lead collaborative change
Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences
High accuracy, transparency, and accountability in work products
Ability to foster effective working relationships with diverse groups
Preferred
