They are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Customer Service Specialist who will take customer orders, handle concerns, and perform order entry and inside sales support duties.

Responsibilities
Provide information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, interacting with logistics when necessary
Offer suggestions for substitutions, up-sell products
Interact with company's sales staff, handling issues with their customers' orders
Update customer records based on interactions
Be aware of our constantly evolving products and services
Taste test product
Qualification
Required
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with our customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid math and computer skills
Able to maintain regular and reliable attendance
Preferred
Previous food service office experience in customer service, inside sales support and/or order entry strongly preferred
High school diploma strongly preferred, college degree a plus
