Amazon's TOM Technology group is looking for a Manager, Sr Program Manager to drive change in the Middle Mile. This role involves coordinating across the organization to launch and integrate new technology innovations and operational processes in TOM's Transportation, Yard, and Gate operations.

Responsibilities

Dive deep into current processes to gather in-depth understanding of the process
Create and develop stories based on data-driven decisions on process changes
Drive alignment and adoption of new processes by working cross-functionally across different teams
Identify appropriate performance metrics for each program and ensure consistent measurement and accountability
Travel up to 10% as needed to analyze, implement and monitor best practices

Required

5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of team management experience
5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
