Functional liaison for business and IT - guide business and IT teams on the art of possible in ISU, coach on standard practices followed by leading regulated utilities in North America
Run an assessment to find top 5 thematic flaws in design
Establish client relations, identify and bring talent to the team
Expert proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing is required
Advanced proficiency in SAP for Utilities Advanced Metering Infrastructure is recommended
Expert proficiency in SAP for Utilities and advanced proficiency in Utilities Customer Back Office Operations is suggested
Foster collaboration among team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project outcomes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Monitor project performance metrics and report on progress to senior management
Qualification
