Responsibilities
Collaborate with risk stakeholders to assess workflows and identify areas for AI-driven productivity improvements
Design and implement AI-based solutions, including automation tools and intelligent agents using platforms such as Co-Pilot / Co-Pilot Studio
Develop and optimize prompts for LLMs to ensure accurate, context-aware outputs for business use cases
Provide guidance on best practices for prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise applications
Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of AI solutions among risk teams
Operate independently and interact with senior management and committees to present AI opportunities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years of experience in AI, automation, or related technology roles
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT) and prompt engineering techniques
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/automation libraries and frameworks
Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio and GenAI concepts
Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycle management, including deployment and monitoring
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
