Responsibilities
Match invoices to online purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Review invoice entries to ensure their accuracy
Collaborate with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy
Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers
Process and review at least 200+ invoices per week
Handle purchase orders and check returns and voids
Communicate with vendors and manage remittance address calls
Manage ACH setup requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business since 2022 or more recent with some business experience or internship
Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, banking, financial advising, or loan processing, either as a job or internship
Ability to perform basic sorting and filtering within Microsoft Excel
Proficient in invoice processing and purchase order management
Experience in accounts payable and invoicing
Familiarity with JD Edwards software
