Responsibilities
Attend team agile ceremonies; lead discussions around test case scenarios ensuring proper coverage
Support in-depth exploratory testing to provide coverage of non-automated scenarios as needed
Lead test plan reviews with assistance from ATL II as needed
Applies strong understanding of business workflows to test case scenario creation
Able to influence others through strong relationships, application knowledge, respect, and trust
Articulates and effectively communicates software testing issues, expected long and short term impacts and possible resolution alternatives in order to ensure test planning schedules are met
Serves as test and quality SME; ensures testing gaps are mitigated
Facilitates and supports UAT and E2E testing activities
May assist in major incident triage and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in Relevant, Paychex-specific product knowledge or equivalent industry experience required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or Engineering
Preferred
Prior experience in Information Technology
