Required

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of relevant experience in transportation planning and/or engineering
Experience managing transportation projects
Knowledge of industry standards including HSM, AASHTO, MUTCD, and NACTO
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Office software
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team environment
