Hoefer Welker is looking for talented and motivated Architectural Interns. Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in design and deliver successful building projects while being involved in project teams from schematic design through construction.

Responsibilities

Pick up red-lines. Revise comments from other Peer Teams. Follow directions
Builds model floor plans designed by collaborative Design Team
Learn the process and procedures for coordination with Structural, Civil, MEP Consultants instructed by PM
Learn building construction through guidance to draft wall sections and plan details
Consultant coordination after receiving consultant procedure training

Required

Current participation as a 3rd or 4th year architectural traditional or non-traditional architectural student at an accredited university working towards a Master's Degree or equivalent, a must
Candidate must be proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and personally driven to consistently meet project design and performance goals
Ability to work independently as well as with various disciplines and types of people
Committed to being an effective, contributing team player
Detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
