Responsibilities

Leading, developing, and growing a diverse portfolio of analytics solutions that drive strategic insights and operational excellence for consulting teams and clients

Developing and executing a roadmap for solution innovation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and emerging technologies

Managing and mentoring a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance

Overseeing end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and quality standards

Engaging senior stakeholders to define vision and requirements, translating business needs into scalable, actionable analytics solutions

Ensuring integration and optimization of data platforms and tools (e.g., SQL Server, Power BI, Fabric), driving efficiency and consistency across solutions

Championing advanced analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI applications, to enhance client outcomes

Establishing governance and best practices for data management, visualization, and reporting across the Analytics Hub

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, business development, consulting divisions) to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts

Leading internal education and thought leadership initiatives, positioning the Analytics Hub as a center of excellence within the firm

Required

Strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry, AI, machine learning, and analytics

A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, data analytics, mathematics, or statistics, or 10+ years of healthcare data analytics experience

Experience using Python, SQL, R, Fabric, Power BI, and Tableau a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Comfort with manipulating and synthesizing large datasets

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills
