Responsibilities
Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations
Review and manage tooling between sites
Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies
Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements
Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions
Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
Collaborate with quality, design, and test engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics)
2–5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace
Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies
