Senior Director, Sales - Latin America (Direct Contractor)

Responsibilities
Provide clear strategic vision that aligns regional sales goals with Seagull’s objectives
Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse regional team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Set clear goals and operating rhythms (1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls) that drive execution and continuous improvement
Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent; establish a performance culture grounded in coaching, clarity, and accountability
Act as the executive sponsor and player-coach on complex pursuits—leading deal strategy, value articulation, negotiation, and closing
Drive direct enterprise sales in strategic accounts while partnering with resellers to accelerate and maximize outcomes
Expand key accounts through multi-solution, multi-year strategies; deepen relationships across executive and technical stakeholders
Enable, motivate, and manage key channel partners to achieve joint pipeline and revenue goals
Participate in partner deal cycles for strategic opportunities—co-selling, deal coaching, and executive alignment
Grow the ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and activating new partners in priority market segments
Build and execute a regional business plan that drives new logo acquisition, account expansion, and partner growth
Run disciplined pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews; maintain forecast accuracy and coverage aligned to targets
Ensure adoption of the BarTender Sales Methodology and modern sales practices (e.g., MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman, Sandler, SPIN)
Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to drive productivity, visibility, and data-driven decision-making
Partner closely with inside sales, renewals, sales engineering, professional services, marketing, and product teams to craft winning strategies
Translate market feedback into product and GTM insights; align campaigns and enablement to accelerate pipeline and win rates
Champion customer success and adoption across implementations and expansions
Use market, customer, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities in Latin America
Evangelize our value proposition across industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums
Qualification
Required
10+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience with mid-market and enterprise customers
5+ years leading sales teams in a player-coach role
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
Experience selling RFID, traceability, and other AIDC technologies that leverage a SaaS platform
Proven record of consistent overachievement—new business acquisition and account expansion through direct and channel motions
Expertise in strategic and consultative selling; executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Experience presenting technical concepts to varied audiences (executive, operational, and technical)
Comfort with complementary technologies and ecosystems (ERP, WMS, MES)
Fluency with CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting
Demonstrated success leading distributed teams in hybrid/remote environments
MBA or equivalent experience
