Chartwell Hospitality is seeking an Outlet Host to be the first point of contact for guests in the dining outlet. This role involves greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive, assist with seating arrangements, and provide menus

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere

Ensure accurate and efficient guest reservations and seating assignments

Communicate with the outlet team to manage table turnover and waitlist efficiently

Address guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions with care and attention

Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, alerting staff to any issues

Assist with the coordination of special events, parties, or group reservations

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Keep track of guest counts and assist in maintaining waitlists during busy periods

Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintain accurate checks, and provide guests with receipts

Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively

Bid farewell to guests and thank them for choosing our outlet as they depart

Assist with Room Service tasks as needed
