Responsibilities
Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential
Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed
Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process
Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Associate's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Preferred
Experience in customer service role is preferred
Legal experience is a bonus
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience with Filevine is a plus
