Responsibilities

Coordinate activities to ensure inventory accuracy by performing physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory moves in a manual setting

Able to report and resolve reconciliation issues, suggest solutions for improvement and implement system changes to reduce inventory discrepancies

Assist in handing quality record document by completing data entry, inventory moves, record keeping and tracking information

Able to independently perform logistics job functions of order / data entry, inventory escalations, dispatch, shipping, receiving as needed

Able to solve space and storage location issues. Maintain Min Max inventory, critical inventory storage and expired products to prevent the chance of supply shortage

Assist with Health and Safety as needed; may include lifting/labeling gas cylinders and moving chemical inventory

Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
