GE Vernova (GEV) is involved in engineering and material delivery for major projects, seeking a Project Site Coordinator to enhance collaboration with the KAPES team. The role focuses on quality monitoring, coordination of engineering processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on-site.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe work (EHS) for himself and GEV staff on site and support site issues

Ensure coordination with KAPES on on-going site actions linked with GEV

Manage deliveries (and related interface documents) of GEV equipment to KAPES

Coordination of RFIs, NCRs, as-built and others relevant processes

Drive coordination between KAPES/KEPCO and GEV regarding all site matters

Drive GE’s problem resolution, animate GEV community to support KAPES

Ensure alignment of expectation between project team and customers

Assist/support project material inspection such as check-list readiness, missing & faulty material follow-up, preparing report if required

Attend regular meeting to keep informed site progress and report if required

Support/coordinate GEV’s supervisors such as work permission (incl. EHS) and site work

Proactive problem resolution

Immediate reactivity to customer request linked with site

Ensure compliance with law & regulations, EHS guidance in order to protect GE and own safety
