Business Development Representative (BDR)
Starts Align is a leading real estate investment firm seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its Acquisitions team. This role focuses on sourcing new acquisition opportunities through outbound calls and supporting the Acquisitions team in managing leads and deals.

Responsibilities
Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to property owners
Build rapport and identify potential sellers
Qualify leads by gathering basic property and ownership information
Schedule meetings for the Acquisitions team
Track calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a CRM
Work closely with the Acquisitions team to support active deals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation (real estate experience is a plus, not required)
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in West Palm Beach, FL
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Word/Excel
