Sr. HR Business Partner
Miller Industries LLC. is a family-operated business that designs and manufactures custom products in the USA. They are seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide HR leadership and tactical support, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational change initiatives to align HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support growth
Lead and manage the annual HR processes for assigned client groups, including talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles
Act as a change agent, guiding leaders and employees through organizational change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions
Provide mentorship to leaders on a variety of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
Apply data and HR metrics to identify trends, diagnose organizational issues, and inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards) to deliver coordinated HR solutions
Working with leadership to develop and execute human capital strategies that achieve operational objectives, advance company business priorities, promote positive employee relations, and increase employee engagement
Provide leadership and guidance to managers regarding the application and interpretation of human resources practices, policies, and procedures
Coach and counsel management and hourly employees regarding policies and procedures, discipline, interpersonal and teamwork opportunities
Leading the talent acquisition process by preparing and updating job descriptions, conducting employment interviews, and other screening activities guided by our corporate standards
Manage on-boarding process and follow up with new team members as they integrate into our culture. Maintains high levels of engagement with team members at all times using various employment engagement programs and strategies
Coordinate and administer promotions, transfers, wage/salary increases, procedures, and other HR programs in compliance with Corporate HR
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or related work experience
Knowledge and understanding of benefits, employment laws, workforce planning, talent development practices to act as a subject matter expert to business groups
Consulting, collaborating, innovating, planning, deciding, and organizing skills to develop an engaged workforce
Ability to adapt to dynamic business circumstances and flourish in an environment that requires high energy levels
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills)
Preferred
Master's degree is preferred
