Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, all aspects of oral and written discovery, and active motion and trial practice in both state and federal court
Draft pleadings, draft, and respond to written discovery, conduct depositions, communicate with clients, and prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Illinois
Two or more years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
Ability to represent clients in all aspects of litigation
Strong communication skills
Solid analytical and writing skills
Ability to work well on a team
Self-motivated
Well-organized
Detail oriented
Preferred
Experience with drafting pleadings
Drafting and responding to written discovery
Conducting depositions
Client communications
Preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
