Pontoon Saloon is seeking a dynamic, high-energy event sales leader to join Nashville’s premier passenger vessel operations. The Business Development & Sales Manager will manage the customer acquisition journey, oversee event sales, and coordinate logistics to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and nurture strategic relationships with local businesses, hotel concierges, and event planners to increase brand presence and drive bookings
Guest Experience: Deliver world-class service through detailed communication and personalized booking support for both phone and email inquiries
Event Coordination: Seamlessly manage post-sale logistics to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience on the water
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Pontoon Saloon with professional warmth, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and well-informed
BONUS: Digital marketing skills, marketing strategy, social media strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven sales or event management experience within the hospitality, tourism, or B2C sectors
Ability to manage a CRM pipeline with over 1000 leads per year
Clear, professional, and persuasive communication style that closes deals
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
CRM hygiene and embrace technology & automations to drive business
Must be based in Nashville or the surrounding area
