Coverflow is an innovative company that helps insurance brokers automate their workflows through an AI platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to build their sales pipeline by identifying insurance agencies in need of their platform and booking meetings for the sales team.

Research insurance agencies to find the ones drowning in manual work
Cold call, email, and LinkedIn message agency execs and operations leaders
Book qualified meeting
Follow up persistently without being annoying
Track your outreach and figure out what messaging works
Learn enough about insurance to have credible conversations
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of Sales, BDR, SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Unbelievable persistence—someone who can handle rejection and keep grinding
Good at writing emails that get responses
Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers
Organized enough to manage hundreds of leads
Competitive and motivated by hitting numbers
Quick learner who can grasp technical concepts
Comfort engaging VP- and C-level prospects
