The First Vice President (FVP), Relationship Manager will lead business development efforts in the Technology vertical, focusing on originating, structuring, and managing financing solutions for clients in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

Lead complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions under minimal supervision

Prepares reports, information requests, credit inquiries, Pre-Investment Committee submissions, term sheets, Credit Memorandum, and other special requests

Conduct screening and structuring of new loan opportunities

Draft and negotiate term sheets with counterparties. Prepare credit write ups and present to senior management

Execute complex transactions for assigned products related to an assigned business unit

Partner and execute on potential cross sell opportunities and cross department due diligence. Independently formulate questions and directly engage with customers/prospects, in addition to RM and Senior Management, to address any information, issues, or concerns
