Responsibilities
Create high-level and detailed process documentation, including process flows and system use cases
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
Translate business needs into functional user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
Support the configuration and customization of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Facilitate requirements workshops, demos, and validation sessions with business and technical teams
Assist in testing activities by defining test cases, supporting user acceptance testing, and tracking defects
Prioritize and manage change requests, issues, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously improve knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies to provide innovative business solutions
Qualification
Required
Create high-level and detailed process documentation, including process flows and system use cases
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
Translate business needs into functional user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
Support the configuration and customization of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Facilitate requirements workshops, demos, and validation sessions with business and technical teams
Assist in testing activities by defining test cases, supporting user acceptance testing, and tracking defects
Prioritize and manage change requests, issues, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously improve knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies to provide innovative business solutions
Preferred
3+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant or other key business professional working on IT projects preferred
Familiarity with IT service management platforms, workflow automation, or related tools is a plus
Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile BA, or other technical certifications) and/or experience with various SDLC methodologies are a plus
