Responsibilities

Own and execute the national sales strategy required to scale the business toward $1B in growth
Lead direct engagement with senior retail buyers, category managers, and procurement leaders across major U.S. retailers
Aggressively pursue, negotiate, and close small, medium and large-scale retailers and private-label agreements
Expand and strengthen national and regional retail relationships through disciplined account strategy
Identify new revenue sources and opportunities across channels, geographies, and product lines
Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure pricing, capacity, and execution alignment
Manage the sales cycle with existing new customers and lead the group of CSR (customer service representatives)
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales and account management organization
Represent the company at executive-level meetings, industry events, corporate responsibility instances, and retail negotiations
Use data, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive accountability and results
Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
Design and implement a visionary marketing strategy annually and projections for future years to aggressively pursuit goals and objectives
