They are seeking a talented Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with 2 to 7 years of experience to handle sophisticated real estate matters in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (office, retail, industrial), financing documents, and joint venture agreements
Conducting thorough due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessment for commercial property acquisitions and dispositions
Managing and facilitating all aspects of the transaction closing process
Advising clients on land use, zoning, and regulatory compliance issues related to development and property management
Collaborating with the construction and business practice groups on multi-faceted transactions
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar
2 to 7 years of dedicated experience practicing transactional real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department
Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate and/or corporate transaction documents
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
A proactive, client-focused work ethic and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
