Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (office, retail, industrial), financing documents, and joint venture agreements
Conducting thorough due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessment for commercial property acquisitions and dispositions
Managing and facilitating all aspects of the transaction closing process
Advising clients on land use, zoning, and regulatory compliance issues related to development and property management
Collaborating with the construction and business practice groups on multi-faceted transactions

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
A proactive, client-focused work ethic and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
