Responsibilities
Have strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Be proficient at managing change implementation for multiple programs cross-vertically; collaborate with stakeholders and/or managers to scope efforts, set project milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals
Be an experienced team member who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams, such as product management, technical program management, engineering and science teams
Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels, supporting business and product teams to define and deliver solutions enabling streamlined standard processes and high quality experiences
Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management
Be flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and enjoy working with ambiguity
Qualification
Required
7+ years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
7+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
