Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Competitive Pay
Ability Builders is seeking a Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee behavioral intervention programs for children. The role involves supervising behavior technicians, developing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring client progress.

Responsibilities
Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients
Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children
Participate in training activities as needed that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trail teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population. In addition to recording and reporting on the behavior of individual children as assigned
Assist with training and competency checklists for new and existing behavior technicians
Receive supervision from the Executive Clinical Director for each client they work with on a monthly basis
Communicate with supervisory staff
Prepare and conduct team meetings
Monthly graphing and progress reports
Introduce and train new client programs under guidance of Behavior Services Director
Manage and update client’s program book
Conduct VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or other curriculum-based assessments as approved by North Arrow ABA clinical leadership
Develop functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plan under the supervision and guidance of the Executive Clinical Director
Assist with daily changes and updates to schedule as children and/or staff are out due to illness, vacation, etc
Prepare social skills, gross motor, natural environment teaching and other learning programs
Delegate stimuli prep to Behavior Technicians and Clinical Support Specialists as necessary
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a master's degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP): This position requires a minimum of a master's degree in a mental health-related field or a BACB approved degree category from an accredited institution who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD. QBHPs must have a responsible BCBA supervisor, be on their third BACB accredited course, and have started their supervision experience to qualify
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, have completed the BACB coursework in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCaBA)
