Responsibilities
Use customer research, hard data and metrics to generate forecasts, assess the efficacy of marketing programs, and operationalize and coordinate go-to-market initiatives across the Omni-channel grocery organization
Perform omni-channel marketing intake, prioritization, and execution of creative and marketing initiatives across the Fresh Marketing organization
Align project goals with business objectives, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and external agencies
Ensure deliverables are on-time while identifying process improvement opportunities along the way
Responsible for setting the direction of your programs, and ensuring adoption and successful implementation of your process at every stage
Own the strategic initiative calendar across Omni-Channel Amazon Fresh
Define and implement the intake process for marketing initiatives and creative resource allocation across departments to ensure aligned prioritization across the organization
Operationalize a framework to evaluate and prioritize projects against their estimated business impact potential and expected outcomes
Collaborate with marketing leads to align on the level of marketing support to allocate to an initiative based on its strategic alignment with overall business priorities by owning regular reviews to assess new requests vs existing priorities
Define and execute mechanisms and reports that provide high-level project status updates across internal customers, enabling stakeholders to track progress and identify bottlenecks
Work with Creative, Analytics, Channel, and offshore teams to scale successful intake and reporting processes through a combination of simplification, outsourcing, and automation
Partner directly with Creative Teams to help operationalize marketing initiatives and new brand positioning for the Amazon Fresh brand, focusing on the tactical allocation of design resources
Domestic travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required
Qualification
Required
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Advertising, Design, Communication, or a related discipline and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Advertising, Design, Communication, or a related discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
One (1) year of experience in product vision design for cross platform experiences
One (1) year of experience with consumer brand experience design
One (1) year of experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools
