Responsibilities

Develop litigation strategies for high-exposure matters

Design and execute litigation strategies for cases involving significant financial and operational risk, delivering results that protect client interests

Lead complex litigation and trials

Handle commercial disputes, employment matters, class actions, and single-plaintiff cases from inception through trial, working closely with a highly skilled team

Build and mentor litigation teams

Help develop junior attorneys, contribute to recruiting efforts, and play an active role in shaping a collaborative, high-performing litigation practice

Apply modern litigation tools and approaches

Use advanced legal research tools, analytics, and innovative discovery strategies to manage complex matters efficiently and effectively
