Supplier Quality Engineer
HTC Global Services is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support new vehicle launches at the Louisville Assembly Plant. The role involves interfacing with Ford Engineering and the Manufacturing team, leading APQP meetings, and driving supplier engagement throughout the launch process.

Responsibilities
This is a Launch STA position. We will be dealing with multiple commodities with respect to New Vehicle Launches for Louisville Assembly Plant. This position primarily requires experience with APQP, PPAP, Program management & Issue resolution (8D). Any experience in Manufacturing, GD&T, Quality Operating Systems will compliment the required skills
Interfaces with Ford Engineering, Manufacturing team to conduct Supplier technical engineering activities
Support Program development and Launch team activities
Lead and conduct APQP meeting and change control for vehicle launches in North American plants
Drive supplier engagement and APQP process, proactively monitor, manage and escalate significant activities- provide onsite support as required (travel required)
Identify all the New Tooled End Items for the program including Multi-Party Agreements and directed tier 2 suppliers
Represent and be supplier advocate in Cross-Functional Meetings Develop program specific NTEI file containing pertinent part number information
Load and maintain program information in the eAPQP System (include late starters, design changes, VPP updates, etc.)
Obtain site codes for each NTEI from Program Purchasing to initiate eAPQP Schedule A submission requests
Qualification
Required
Experience with APQP

Experience with Program management

Experience in Manufacturing
Experience in GD&T
Experience in Quality Operating Systems
Ability to interface with Ford Engineering
Ability to conduct Supplier technical engineering activities

Bachelors in Engineering
