Responsibilities
Act as the primary Quality liaison between the organization and its customers, proactively ensuring customer requirements and expectations are clearly understood and fulfilled
Manage the customer complaint process and lead the development, implementation, and verification of corrective and preventive actions
Prepare, analyze, and communicate supplier performance metrics to drive improvement with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Participate in the internal Quality System Audit program and track corrective actions to ensure timely and effective closure
Analyze statistical data and product/process performance metrics to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, including adherence to established processes, procedures, and documentation requirements
Design, develop, and deliver quality-related training programs across the organization
Support all phases of product development and new product launch activities to ensure quality objectives are met
Develop and evaluate process capability studies and control plans, and conduct process audits to improve operational performance
Develop, implement, and audit inspection and test plans, standards, acceptance criteria, procedures, and work instructions
Lead investigations of quality issues and ensure effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up verification
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, repair processes, quality improvement programs, and design for manufacturability
Working knowledge of quality tools and techniques, including data analysis and sampling plans
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
Data center experience and a thorough understanding of solid state drives (SSD)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to establish effective partnerships with internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering
One (1) or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on exposure to product development, quality assurance, supplier quality engineering, supplier performance systems, and engineering documentation
Ability to access and navigate various departments within the organization's facilities
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Preferred
Fluency in Chinese
