World-Class Training, Day One You’ll graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch and immediately apply what you’ve learned in live transactions—no busywork, no waiting on the sidelines

Hands-On Experience With Real Buyers You’ll work directly with active clients, guiding them to homes and learning how to read motivation, timing, and market dynamics in real time

Elite Negotiation Exposure You’ll help write and negotiate offers alongside a master negotiator who is invested in your growth, rooting for you to win, and teaching you how deals are actually won and protected

Skill That Puts Money in Your Pocket You’ll sharpen your ability to analyze client needs, refine search criteria, and communicate clearly—skills that translate directly into closed deals and income

Daily Income-Producing Habits You’ll commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of lead generation, building the discipline and pipeline that separates top earners from dabblers
