They are seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead a team, architect solutions for enterprise clients, and bridge customer needs with product development.

Responsibilities
Develop and inspire a world-class team of Solutions Engineers providing hands-on guidance and technical/industry coaching, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
Optimize Solution Engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability as Logicbroker grows
Serve as a critical bridge between customer needs/market feedback and the Product organization influencing roadmap prioritization and ensuring solution feasibility
Engage in pre-sales activities, including participating in prospect meetings, ensuring detailed discovery, and presenting the technical aspects of the Logicbroker platform
Design integration solutions that align with Logicbroker’s capabilities and prospects’ business goals
Deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing Logicbroker’s capabilities in the context of the prospect’s business requirements
Create RFP responses, integration workflow diagrams, and business case content
Act as a primary technical point of contact during the sales process, addressing technical inquiries, concerns, and objections from the prospect
Conduct technical deep-dive workshops to educate clients on best practices
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, Logicbroker’s new product introductions to maintain strong industry and technical knowledge
Represent Logicbroker at industry events, conferences, and webinars, sharing insights and knowledge with prospects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
Strong presentation skills and ability to convey product value
10+ years of experience in a sales engineering or solution engineering roles, preferably in the eCommerce or supply chain technology domain or commensurate experience with integration technologies in enterprise retail or industrial distribution
Detailed understanding of integration technologies like MCP, API, Webhooks, and EDI
Demonstrated leadership include, including mentoring and developing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to engaged in consultative selling, understand prospect pain points, and position Logicbroker as a platform to solve those problems
Proven success of architecting complex, enterprise solutions
Willingness to travel
