Answering incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding member accounts
Assist member with basic banking tasks including looking up account info, posting transfers, processing card orders, and processing wire transfers
Education on products and services that we offer including banking services, IRAs, and loans
Uncovering needs and cross-selling financial products

Required

Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment
Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check
