Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage legal documents

Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings

Support attorney with project preparation and organization

Work independently while managing a diverse workload

Review case intake and coordinate billing

Provide administrative support: route mail, screen calls, manage calendars, and other tasks

Perform additional duties and special projects as needed

Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in a legal or professional services environment

Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate attorney and project needs

Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite 2010; quick to learn new systems

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines

Self-motivated with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude

High level of resiliency and adaptability
