Handle incoming calls to help employees verify their health insurance coverage
Assist callers with submitted documentation, ensure compliance with verification requirements, and provide technical support for system access and document uploads
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and communication skills; comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; able to handle escalations professionally
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
High proficiency in written and verbal communication (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
Education preferred, but a college degree is not required
