Responsibilities
Ship end-to-end features -- design, code, test, deploy, and own them in production
Work directly with users to turn feedback into improvements within hours, not days
Build and operate both frontend and backend code that stays fast and reliable as traffic grows
Support the team by reviewing PRs, sharing context, and mentoring junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Experience building real-world applications with a high bar for quality
Ability to ship end-to-end features -- design, code, test, deploy, and own them in production
Ability to work directly with users to turn feedback into improvements within hours
Experience building and operating both frontend and backend code
Ability to review PRs, share context, and mentor junior engineers
Ability to go from 0 to 1 building full stack applications
Enjoy tackling extremely difficult problems
Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to work well on a small team
Preferred
Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
Strong sense of product taste
Experience building LLM-powered products
Experience with Python, Typescript, React, TailwindCSS, Redux
